Prices: All prices listed online are starting prices and may change without notice. All services are priced A La Carte, so be sure to add additional services you need.  Please ask for an estimated price before starting service to be sure. Thank you for your understanding!

 

At Amethyst Beauty Co, every service is performed with care and professional expertise. To ensure fairness and respect for our stylists’ time, the following policies apply:

Service Redos:  If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours so we can make adjustments. Redos are offered at the discretion of your stylist and do not include changes outside the original consultation.

Refunds:  We do not offer refunds on hair, beauty, or nail services.  We also do not offer refunds on hair extension hair once purchased.

Retail:  Retail products may be exchanged (unopened and unused) within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellations & No-Shows:  To respect our stylists:

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.

• No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• A card-on-file may be required for booking certain services.

*We reserve the right to deny appointments for clients who have previously no-showed or have excessively canceled or rescheduled.

Late Arrivals:  Clients arriving late may have their services adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time or may choose to reschedule for a $25 rescheduling fee.

Gift Cards:  Gift cards are non-refundable but may be used toward approved services or retail unless otherwise stated.
